Payment and Shipping
All prices are stated in US dollars. To initiate the purchase process, we require 50% of payment at stone selection and 50% upon delivery. Simon Ardem offers free regular and express shipping on engagement rings. Orders below $1,000 include complimentary shipping. All other orders valued over a $1,000 will be expressed shipped with insurance and shipping will be calculated at checkout. We also offer a worldwide shipping service for an additional cost.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
All transactions are secured through the HTTPS / TLS encryption. This ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. Once an order is placed, you will be notified by Simon Ardem when funding is cleared and we will begin the production process. Payment options include: wire transfer, credit card or check. Payment can be shipped or delivered to our New York City location:

Returns & Refunds
To start a return process, you will have 10 days after the item’s delivery to contact Simon Ardem via email: [email protected] or via phone: 212-398-7160.
Simon Ardem must receive the item within this 10 day period to be accepted.
(*Exclusions for return policy: We will not receive returns for the following items: special orders, custom, engraved, resized, worn, altered, damaged, not in its original packaging).
The official return and refund will be reviewed after item’s return and approved if the item meets all return conditions. Returns after 10 days may be accepted at the discretion of Simon Ardem for store credit.
Special Services
The following services are available for custom and collection jewelry: appraisals, engraving, polishing, cleaning, sizing and resizing. All engagement rings come with a complimentary appraisal.

Lifetime Warranty
Item will maintain its lifetime warranty as long as it’s inspected and serviced once a year. The services included within warranty are: ultrasonic cleaning, maintenance, replacing missing diamonds (under .08 carat limit) due to manufacturing issues.
